Supper Club at Sucre

Join us for our next supper club – this time at Sucre, with chef Fernando Trocca at the helm. Known for bold, wood-fired dishes that blend Latin heritage with a modern edge, Trocca brings serious flavour to the table. We’ll start with a welcome drink at the bar, followed by a sharing-style menu built around seasonal produce, smoked meats, fresh seafood, and layered flavour (V & VE options available).

We’re back again for an end of summer cigar & whiskey evening at another beautiful location. Discovery events are for the things you’re not taught – but always wanted to learn. From how to cut, light and smoke a cigar, to the tasting notes behind a perfectly poured whiskey. Listen in on the incredible stories behind the brands on show on the night.
